2021 INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION OF HUMOROUS ART AND VIDEO

Regulations
1.PURPOSE OF THE EXHIBITION
In 2006, the first "Red Man" International Humor Art Biennale was born, which started our exploration of international humor art.
In 2008, Red Man Art Websites was established in English and Chinese, which started our communication and exchange with the world's Humorous artist.
In 2014, FECO.CHINA was officially established, which began our process of integrating into the world of humor art.
Up to now, the influence of "Red Man" International Humor Art Biennale and "Red Man Art Websites" has spread all over the world in more than 150 countries and regions on six continents except Antarctica.
The age of 15, I have grown up, I have become a young boy. In the future, I will do more things. Wait for me.
In 2021, we have set foot on a new journey, board this train to the international humor art world, you will witness a colorful humor art world!
2.EXHIBITION GROUP
(A)
(1). Theme: Congratulations to the 15th anniversary of the "Red Man Award" happy birthday!
(2). Format: Record a video to express your wishes for the 15th anniversary of the "Red Man Award". It can be in any form such as language, singing, performance, animation, or artwork.
(3). Duration: Each video should be as concise as possible, the longest is no more than 2 hours, and the maximum is 5 videos.
(4). The format of the works: should be in MP4, AVI, MOV, MKV, SWF, MPG2 and other formats. FLASH works should also provide a swf format, and all dynamic works should be accompanied by 3-5 screenshots for use Represents characters and scenes, with a resolution of 300dpi or above, and the format is JPG.
(5). Deadline: July 22, 2021

(B)
(1). Theme: "My Painting Life" or "My Hometown"
(2). Format: Record a video, which can be your painting process or perception, or introduce your painting studio or your favorite books, painting tools, etc., and also introduce your beautiful hometown. It can be accompanied by sound materials such as language, singing, or music.
(3). Duration: Each video should be as concise as possible, the longest is no more than 2 hours, and the maximum is 5 videos.
(4). The format of the works: should be in MP4, AVI, MOV, MKV, SWF, MPG2 and other formats. (1). Theme: "15-year-old boy" or "free choice"
(2). Form: Cartoon, Comic, Illustration, Caricature, Picture Books, Paintings, Sculptures, Animations, etc.
(3). Duration: up to 10 (group, department, series).
(4). The format of the works:
Still image Works: the format is JPG, the resolution is 300dpi or above, and the minimum size is A4.
Dynamic Works: It should be in MP4, AVI, MOV, MKV, SWF, MPG2 or other formats. FLASH works should also be provided in swf format at the same time. At the same time, all dynamic works should also be accompanied by 3-5 screenshots to show characters and the scene, the resolution is 300dpi or above, and the format is JPG.

3.PRIZES
Red Man Artist Prizes (50): Honorary certificate (digital) + catalog (digital)
Honour Artist Prizes (100): Honorary certificate (digital) + catalog (digital)
The organizing committee will give other awards according to the situation.
4.EXHIBITION
Excellent works will be displayed on the website (www.redmancartoon.com).
Other exhibition venues will be determined by the organizing committee.
5.NOTES FOR EXHIBITORS
(1). No registration fee will be charged for this exhibition.
(2). Participants must fill in the registration form and accept the author's self-made registration form.
(3). The exhibition accepts published and award-winning works.
6.THE CONTENT OF THE WORKS
Any work must not contain the following content:
(1). Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or infringement of ethnic customs and habits.
(2). Propagating obscenity, violence or instigating crime.
(3). Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legal rights and interests of others.
(4). Infringement of copyright, portrait rights, or any third party rights.
(5). Defamation, slander, or adverse effects on third parties.
7.STATEMENT OF THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE
(1). The copyrights of all exhibited works are original. If there are any related legal disputes about the copyrights and copyrights of the exhibited works, the participating authors themselves shall bear the legal responsibility.
(2). Participating authors should confirm that their exhibited works will not infringe on the portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, etc. of others. If there are any related legal disputes, the legal responsibilities shall be borne by the participating authors themselves.
(3). Unless specifically stated, the videos and still images of the exhibited works may be used by the organizing committee for the promotion activities of the exhibition free of charge, including being reported by the news media, broadcast, network, mobile phone transmission, artistic activities or publishing, copying, audio and video Information, etc.
(4). The organizing committee has the final right to interpret all the content and related matters of this event.
